Parki
beach is another attractive tourist spot in Bangladesh located in
Anwara thana under the district of Chittagong. This sandy beach is about
15km long and 300 - 350ft in wide with 20km tamarisk forest which is
created by the forest division.
The
beach is situated about 8km from Anwara thana and about 28km from
Chittagong city. Anwara thana is linked by road with Chittagong - Cox's
Bazar highway and simply accessible from all over Bangladesh including
Dhaka city. The beach is located 8 km. away from the Chatri Choumuhoni
point in this highway.
